Title to the products remains with Optimus Labs until full payment has been received.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimus Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
